Why consider therapy?

You may be feeling depressed or anxious or feel that life has lost a sense of purpose. You may be struggling with a recent bereavement or with the end of an important relationship. You could be experiencing panic attacks, recurring nightmares or intrusive thoughts.

You may be seeking support for a recent psychiatric diagnosis or dealing with a mid-life transition.
