Why consider therapy?
You may be feeling depressed or anxious or feel that life has lost a sense of purpose. You may be struggling with a recent bereavement or with the end of an important relationship. You could be experiencing panic attacks, recurring nightmares or intrusive thoughts.
You may be seeking support for a recent psychiatric diagnosis or dealing with a mid-life transition. Perhaps you are questioning or experiencing difficulty affirming your gender or sexual identity or you may have experienced a traumatic event, in the past or more recently, and are trying to come to terms with it.
You might be concerned about your relationship to alcohol or another substance or simply feel 'stuck.' Maybe you have an interest in Jungian psychology or have read a bit about it and are curious to explore its potential value in the context of your own life. Whatever the reason, there is no issue too small or too big.
